EasyPress Multi-WordPress Management (Miscellaneous)

About EasyPress

EasyPress is a web-based tool that allows you to manage your all WordPress websites in a single place. The tool utilizes the official ReST API of WordPress and lets you create, edit and delete posts, pages, comments, users and media remotely without signing into your website’s default admin panel. In short, EasyPress is an ultimate solution for multi-WordPress management using a single dashboard without remembering the login for each and every website.

Features

  • Host on your own server
  • Connect and manage unlimited websites
  • Add authors and editors (as network users) for easy management of your websites
  • Lets you create, update and delete posts, pages, media, users and comments
  • Drag & drop media uploader
  • Quick Post feature allows you to pick and post to a site very quickly
  • Uses oAuth for secure authentication (never give away passwords!)
  • A single dashboard for managing your all WordPress websites (without worrying about any numbers)
  • Optional 2-step authentication (via Twilio) for improved security

It is really a hectic task when it comes to remembering passwords and the task becomes even harder when the number of websites is fairly large. EasyPress can be a lifesaver in many circumstances some of which are as below:

  • If you have multiple WordPress websites and need a solid management solution
  • If you are a PBN owner and often find it a hard task to manage sites and manage authors on your network
  • If you are running multi-author WordPress websites and don’t want to add users to each and every website for the sake of security and simplicity
  • And if you want to try a new and intuitive admin dashboard for your WordPress website

There might be several other reasons where EasyPress will help you manage your WordPress websites in a better and neater way.

* 2-step authentication feature requires you to have a Twilio subscription and then you need to set the API credentials on settings page.

Demo

For security reasons (considering users’ websites’ data as a sensitive parameter), we haven’t enabled a single demo account. To test the tool’s features, sign up for an account (should take less than 1 minute) and then connect any of your WordPress websites. Your data will be super-safe this way and you will be able to test the features of EasyPress (except Admin capabilities like website settings and some others). Please remember that the linked websites will be disconnected after 48 hours and these actions (linking, unlinking) will not impact your websites’ functionality or the data unless you modify (create, delete, update) any data yourself during the testing.
